Stoneridge on the 8 has covered, reserved parking for residents as well as detached garages.
Do residents need a pool pass to use the pool?
Pool bands are passed out at time of move in, and 2 guest are allowed per apt. Residents have to sign an addendum.
Is a pool fob required for entry?
No, only your resident gate code
Does your community offer clubhouse rentals? If yes, what is the cost, and what steps must a resident take to reserve it?
Yes; Resident submits request to the office, Team checks avail, 1. resident brings cashiers check of $250 rental fee non refundable, 2. signs addendum for date, 3. responsible for clean up
When is trash pickup?
Garbage is collected on Sunday through Thursday, start collecting at 8 p.m.
Where is the dog park?
It’s located one phase one of the community next to the kids playground across building 6.
Where can my guests park when visiting the community?
The property has visitor parking along our fence line, we advised all residents to tell their visitors this is where they can park.

City of Houston water, The water does not require set up. it is included, TXU is the electricity company that requires set up with the company
